Well, Friends it’s been a full day here!

skyliftUs girls got up early this morning and went to Natural Bridge. We rode the sky lift up to the top! That was so much easier than hiking! The scenery on the way up the lift was beautiful! Though I have hiked up before and I love that too. It was beautiful day though it was in the 90’s I believe. We thought about the pool there at natural bridge the whole time and we enjoyed that at the end of our group pictures and hiking around… it was a good thing to look forward to. pool

heidi mountains We came home here to Campton and we went to the singing on the street. We just watched and listened tonight it was some good bluegrass and we are looking forward to being there again when our schedule allows it. We got booked two more times at a church and singing just tonight … so we are looking forward to those. Our picture just came out in the paper here tonight and it tells a little about our ministry here and what we are doing.

Here is Heidi on top of natural bridge in the mountains that she loves.Things are going really well and tomorrow we will be singing in Jackson County. We are looking forward to that and would love it if you could remember to pray for us at about 6:00 pm if you think about it.

Well, it’s getting late and I am ready to go to sleep for the evening… it’s been a long full day. Tomorrow promises to be another one. I will have to update soon with more pictures. Tomorrow night we will be traveling to Jackson County. I hear it is a cute small little town and there will be a singing at The House of Prayer. We are looking forward it it and I will let you know how it goes.

Thanks to those you have been encouraging and writing notes and comments! We love you all.

How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who publishes peace, who brings good news of happiness, who publishes salvation, who says to Zion, “Your God reigns.”

Thanks for the up-date. Great pictures. Wish I could have been there, but I’m here making money for you all to squander…. just kidding. I love you all. The Sampsons hosted Dan and Wes tonight while I enjoyed a Deacons meeting. They are a good bunch and it was a good meeting.

It was nice seeing your picture in the paper today and learning a little more about you. Great website as well. My wife and I live two doors down from your grans on the left in a brick house. We always enjoy having you and your family at our church (Campton Baptist) when you are visiting here. It’s a great thing you are doing and we wish you all the best. It’s nice to have someone that lives away from here say such good things about our community and Eastern Ky. I too belive Campton is the friendliest town in the Mountains.

Stop by and say hello anytime.
